The Customer Service is really great. They always replay really fast on Instagram and on Mail. The Shoe has an amazing quality and wearing them feels amazing.
My only issue is that the sizing is a bit weird. Its my third time buying a shoe. The first two times were way to big (I also used the size chards and the customer service) and my third time is a bit to small. Luckily I bought the tabis that i can wear like slippers. If i didnt buy these I would propably not be able to wear them.
Love the quality and the communication a lot!!
Quality product, really comfortable and well finished, took about 2/3 weeks to deliver to Switzerland! Keep it going!
