FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
A: Yes, absolutely. We only use genuine sheep leather or cow leather for all our shoes. We never use plastic or synthetic materials. Every pair is crafted with care using natural leather that molds beautifully to your feet over time.
Q: What kind of sole do you use?
A: We use the highest-grade rubber soles available on the market. The rubber we use has very high purity, which is why when it’s sanded or shaped, it appears milky white. The milky white color of our rubber soles is a sign of high purity and quality. Natural rubber in its purest form has a milky white appearance before any dyes or fillers are added. Lower-quality rubber often contains recycled materials or synthetic fillers, which make the rubber look gray, dull, or uneven. In contrast, high-purity rubber is clean, consistent in color, and free of impurities — which results in better flexibility, durability, and long-term comfort.
Because the base rubber is naturally milky beige white, we manually dye the edges black for black-colored shoes. However, please note that in some cases, when the shoes get wet, the dyed edge may experience slight color bleeding. We're actively working on improving this process to make it more resistant and long-lasting.
If you prefer a leather sole, we can offer that as well upon request—just keep in mind that leather soles are more delicate and not ideal for wet or rough environments.
A: Most of our shoes run true to size. We recommend measuring your foot length (heel to toe) and comparing it with our size chart. Each product page includes insole measurements in centimeters to help you find your best fit. You can also message us with your foot length for a personalized suggestion.
