Some early September orders experienced issues such as the glue lifting slightly around the seams or the painted edge on the sole wearing away sooner than expected.
We took this seriously, very seriously!
As soon as we received these messages, our entire team participated and worked overnight to rectify the issues. You can see the before-and-after comparison in the video. Since completing these upgrades in late September, our newer batches have been performing beautifully, and we’ve received almost no similar feedback since. These shoes are PERFECT. They're adorable, comfortable, and will go with just about anything. What I really want to rave about is WoodChuckSato's customer service. I had put the wrong street number on my original order. It was a mess. The carrier didn't communicate well with me, but WCS did! They emailed me almost every day to give me updates on the order, and when we realized that the original order would probably never make it to my doorstep, WCS offered to deliver another pair. I did pay for shipping, but that seemed fair since it was technically my mistake with the address. I finally got my shoes yeaterday, and I'm so happy I stuck it out with them. Thank you, WCS!!! You have a lifelong custemer in me.

Okay very comfortable! I’m a true size 6 , w/ wide feet. So all of my EU SIZE IS 35. I order the tabis is size 35 and it fits perfectly, I would say size down. I honestly love and would order a lot more. Took a month to arrive.

These are the cutest shoes EVER! Insane quality, from the packaging to the shoe itself you can tell that everything is well thought of.
The size chart is very accurate, just measure your foot the way they explain it but don’t follow your usual sizing as I’m a 37-38 and had to get a 36.
