First pair of boots that actually love and fit my wide calves, ankles and feet! The customer service was so great guiding me to figure out if they could fit and finding the right size I am so happy I trusted the process because the quality of the boots is amazing! The calf opening for those wondering is between 26/27cm, I had to stretch them once and now they fit like a glove and are so comfyyyyyy

I am yet to do a full day of wearing them but so far so good. They look incredible and I got my usual shoe size, a touch tight around the top of my foot but I know they’ll stretch out out wear

I picked this style as they cover the feet a bit less and seemed ok for warm weather. I was nervous they wouldn’t fit but I measured as instructed and they are perfect. Really comfortable, wore them all day first time. They don’t look bulky on my feet. Shipping did take a while but they were worth the wait.
AMAZING! the shoes are gorgeous - there is definitely a chemical smell right out of the box but it is explained in the packaging that it is mostly to do with the fact that the shoes were made to order. It went away soon after.
EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!! right out of the box it was a perfect fit, not to mention already some of the most comfortable shoes I own. I wore it for a full day of work (I do a mix of walking and sitting), and I did not seem to have to break them in one bit.
TRUE TO SIZE: I am a true US womens 7.5, and went for the EU 38 and they fit perfectly with and without a typical pair of socks on. Everything is accurate to the description and I am already obsessed with these shoes :))
I also had some questions about shipping since I was going to be moving right at the time they would potentially arrive and the team was so so nice and sweet, fast responses and updated me quickly and promptly about any changes to my shipping address they'd have to make. It ended up arriving the day before I moved, lol!
I had zero issues (aside from mild panic on my end since I did have that address change, which is not the team's fault at all) throughout the entire experience and would 100% purchase from woodchuck sato again if something else catches my eye!

Extremely fast delivery. The craftmanship is truly reflected in the top-tier quality of the shoes, not only do you see it, but you feel the quality while walking. I sized up one size as a guy (from EU 44 to 45), kind of how the sizing table suggested, and they feel amazing. Keep in mind, real leather takes the shape of your foot, so when it feels a little snug thats 100% okay.
I would recommend everyone to buy and order from this brand.
