Some early September orders experienced issues such as the glue lifting slightly around the seams or the painted edge on the sole wearing away sooner than expected.
We took this seriously, very seriously!
As soon as we received these messages, our entire team participated and worked overnight to rectify the issues. You can see the before-and-after comparison in the video. Since completing these upgrades in late September, our newer batches have been performing beautifully, and we’ve received almost no similar feedback since. I’ve been wearing the horse leather ballerina flats almost every day for months now, and I really wanted the same thing but warmer. I made the right call getting these boots!! They’re so comfortable and sleek, and keep my feet nice and warm in the colder weather. The horse leather is very nicely breathable, which was a big reason I started wearing the flats every day. I think I’ll be collecting each style in the horse leather! I really hope more styles come out.
I also need to mention their wonderful customer service! Mia from their team was lovely and very understanding about my own mix up of my postcode. Since I got fast shipping, they made sure to confirm my address to ensure I got my order quickly. Thank you Mia!

Foarte mulțumită! Superb lucrați, se vede calitatea. Eu port 36.5 de fel și am comandat 37. Pot spune ca sunt putin mari insa nu ma deranjează, cu siguranță vor fi confortabili la purtare. Sunt foarte ușori si suficient de lati.
I love these tabis! This is now my second pair from Woodchuck Sato, and I’m extremely pleased with both. The “fold ballet flat” is more structured than the regular tabi ballet flat, but its leather is still just as soft and comfortable to wear.
I love my Tabis. They are stunning and so well made. The came faster than I expected and the customer support was amazing the whole way through!

Upon putting them on, they were so soft and comfortable, They fit like a glove! I'm so glad I read the reviews and measured my feet instead of just going by the size chart. I measured a pair of shoes that fit me well, and had I gone with my US size 6 as listed on the chart, they would have been two sizes too big!
I bought these for a trip where I'll be doing a lot of walking, so I wore them to work first since I walk a lot there. While the first walk started to rub up on some areas, they've since molded/stretched out to my foot! (I went with the horse leather). As someone who wears a lot of sneakers, I usually find dress shoes a bit precarious, but these are not that at all, so comfy and so sturdy!
I do want to note that I also went with the rubber sole for more comfort and durability.
Would 10/10 recommend!

They're so cute, well made, and they fit me perfectly! I followed the size chart with my foot measurement, and got at 37. The staff were so helpful too. I'm obsessed and I'll definitely be wearing these all the time.
Gorgeously made shoes. The leather is beautiful, strong yet soft and extremely comfortable. Slight arch support makes them wearable for long days. Lovely alternative to the ballet flat. My second pair of Woodchuck’s and I am so happy with them!!
Feels very nice, it has strong smell though, hopefully will go away. Needs breaking, especially heel area but leather is soft and very comfy fit.
