Some early September orders experienced issues such as the glue lifting slightly around the seams or the painted edge on the sole wearing away sooner than expected.
We took this seriously, very seriously!
As soon as we received these messages, our entire team participated and worked overnight to rectify the issues. You can see the before-and-after comparison in the video. Since completing these upgrades in late September, our newer batches have been performing beautifully, and we’ve received almost no similar feedback since. Upon putting them on, they were so soft and comfortable, They fit like a glove! I'm so glad I read the reviews and measured my feet instead of just going by the size chart. I measured a pair of shoes that fit me well, and had I gone with my US size 6 as listed on the chart, they would have been two sizes too big!
I bought these for a trip where I'll be doing a lot of walking, so I wore them to work first since I walk a lot there. While the first walk started to rub up on some areas, they've since molded/stretched out to my foot! (I went with the horse leather). As someone who wears a lot of sneakers, I usually find dress shoes a bit precarious, but these are not that at all, so comfy and so sturdy!
I do want to note that I also went with the rubber sole for more comfort and durability.
Would 10/10 recommend!

They're so cute, well made, and they fit me perfectly! I followed the size chart with my foot measurement, and got at 37. The staff were so helpful too. I'm obsessed and I'll definitely be wearing these all the time.
Gorgeously made shoes. The leather is beautiful, strong yet soft and extremely comfortable. Slight arch support makes them wearable for long days. Lovely alternative to the ballet flat. My second pair of Woodchuck’s and I am so happy with them!!
Feels very nice, it has strong smell though, hopefully will go away. Needs breaking, especially heel area but leather is soft and very comfy fit.
I am obsessed! The leather is so soft and comfortable. I measured my foot in the prescribed method and bought the corresponding size, but I wish I had sized up only because the opening and especially the area around the toes is a little tight. That being said, the leather does stretch, and they are breaking into my foot very well.

I am so happy with my purchase! I got them in size 39 as after measuring my feet I was in between 38 and 39 (in cm, more or less 24,5-24,7cm). They fit like a glove, super comfortable. The material quality is very high, and they are beautifully made.

I recommend adding the “worry-free purchase” insurance to your cart, so you are sure to be able to change the size in case they don’t fit you. However, if you follow the size guide and you ask the customer assistance, you can’t go wrong!

Very lovely shoes, material is pretty very nice. I think they are super cute.
I have wider foot (11-12 cm when flat on the ground) so they are tight around the opening around the bow detail - I just have to wear them in since it's leather. My normal shoe size is 37 for sandals/boots, 37,5 for running shoes and 36/36.5 for flats. I measured 23,5 cm for my foot length so I got the size 36 which fits perfectly length wise, I just need to stretch them around the bow. You basically don't feel the toe separation, they are very comfortable.
These are perfect! They arrived exactly as described, and they are so comfortable. I have worn them nearly every day to work (including for my commute) and they have held up amazing! I am also getting heaps of compliments on them. I cannot recommend these shoes enough!
