The boots were lovely. Soft leather and well made. I wore them the other day and they were comfortable. I work 8 hour shifts doing a mixture of sitting and walking. The delivery of the shoes is where there could be improvement. I contacted the UniUNi delivery company several time due missing the first delivery. The UniUNi delivery company’s customer phone number was not usefully and they never responded to the support tickets I filed online. However, WoodChuckSato customer service would answer my emails in timely manner but they have no control over the delivery service carrier. I eventually received my shoes that were-ultimately delivered to my neighbor’s house about a week after the first failed delivery attempt. Even with all that I would take my chances and order from them again but I loved the shoes once I received them.
Good and comfortable shoes. I use them almost every day and walk >10k steps and 10/10.
The only thing is that leather is somewhat thin and therefore delicate, so it can get scratched if you are not careful, but that is the least.
I love them, no comments.

They’re PERFECT!
Comfortable, true to size, quality feels good and they’re stunning
It was very easy ordering the boots. When they arrived, they looked greatnand were well packaged. The boots are well made, minimal break in time and are of high quality. There were some communication issues but that was mostly because we ordered in the middle of the new year and the shipping was delayed. Not the fault of Woodchuck Sato. We didn't see the notice of delayed production due to the holiday. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
