Service parfait, qualité parfait!
1.) Quality
Great quality, real leather, they are sooo beautiful. Really comfy and I can wear these for long walks.
2.) Sizing
I consider myself a UK 3.5/4, I had to size down in the Mary Jane tabis to a size 36, the size 37 was much too big. Note that it is soft leather so it adequately stretches to your size and foot shape
3.) Customer service
10/10, super helpful, very responsive
Amazing quality, very comfortable and lovely attention to detail. Can tell these will stand the test of time. Also the team was really helpful when I initially ordered the wrong size. Thanks woodchuck :)

I recently received the Mary Janes for my birthday from my friends. Unfortunately, I didn’t know my correct size and told them the wrong numbers, but was lucky to receive the best service from Woodchuck! The new exchange process went smoothly, and I was able to receive my new pair. I absolutely love these shoes and wear them often. :) I look forward to making more purchases in the near future!
