1. Shipping Availability
We proudly ship our products worldwide, including to countries such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, and many more.
At this time, we do not ship to Brazil.
For most other destinations, shipping is available. If shipping is available to your country, you will be able to select it at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship there.
We bring our unique Tabi shoes to customers across the globe. However, please be aware that while we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, there may be unpredictable eventualities beyond our control. In rare cases, such as during times of war or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping to certain regions may be restricted or delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
2. Order Processing Time
At WoodchuckSato, we take pride in the handcrafted nature of our products. Each pair of shoes is carefully made by skilled artisans who prioritize quality over mass production. Due to this dedication to craftsmanship, our production capacity is limited and we typically do not maintain a large inventory. We work diligently, often stay up late everyday (even on weekends) extending our hours to maximize production without compromising the handmade quality by resorting to machines.
Please be aware that the very nature of our handmade process means that your shoes may carry subtle traces of the artisan's touch, which is a hallmark of genuine craftsmanship and not a flaw. We strive to complete and ship each order as swiftly as possible after its completion.
If your desired style is in stock (We still have some styles inventory ready to ship) , we can typically ship your order within 3 working days. However, if the item is not readily available, it may take 7-14 working days for us to craft and prepare your order for shipment.
3. Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option is free of charge. Orders shipped via this method typically arrive within 15-30 days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary, and in some cases, it may take longer due to customs clearance processes or other unexpected delays.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
For most orders, customers will not be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. However, customs policies and duty-free thresholds vary by country, and any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are beyond our control.
Thank you for your understanding that we are unable to accept refund requests related to customs processing delays, customs inspections, or other import-related procedures beyond our control.
4. Express Shipping
For customers who would like to receive their order sooner, we are pleased to offer Express Shipping at an additional cost. In most cases, express orders are shipped via DHL. For certain remote areas or destinations where other courier services are more suitable, we may use UPS instead.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. If you need your order by a specific date or for a special occasion, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. You are also welcome to leave a note at checkout with your requested date, and we will gladly let you know whether we are able to meet your timeline.
Please also note that selecting Express Shipping does not guarantee immediate dispatch. If your item is not yet ready to ship, a few additional days may still be needed for processing or production. Express Shipping refers to the delivery speed after dispatch, rather than the preparation time before shipment.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
Please kindly note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance-related fees are not included in the express shipping charge and may apply depending on the destination country.

5. Remote Area Surcharge
If the shipping address is classified as a remote area by courier services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, an additional remote area surcharge may apply.
This surcharge is determined and charged by the courier, not by WoodchuckSato. If such a fee occurs, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost. We will contact you for confirmation before shipment if applicable.
6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Please make sure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete in order to avoid delays or failed delivery.
We are unable to accept refund requests if delivery fails due to receiver-related issues, including but not limited to:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- failed delivery attempts because the receiver could not be contacted
- use of a business or commercial address where delivery cannot be completed
- no response to delivery attempts
- packages returned to sender because the receiver did not accept or collect the delivery
- packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery
7. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We may be unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain military addresses if the courier does not accept them. In such cases, we may require an alternative physical address in order to complete shipment successfully.
