I spent a long time researching this company before placing my order. I looked at so many reviews and videos of the shoes before finally deciding to go for it. I followed their size guide, which isn't on the website anymore, and it told me to get a 39. I was hesitant because I'm usually a US 9.5 and EU 40, but went for it because reviews sad sizing could be off. After two months of waiting, the shoes arrived and while they were beautiful the size was totally wrong. Customer service to their credit was SO nice and helped me exchange them for a very reasonable price, but when the size 40 arrived the finish on the shoes was completely different and didn't look at all like the photos on the website. I reached out yet again by email to try and resolve the issue, but five days later and I still haven't gotten a response.
I've posted photos so other customers are aware. The shoes on the box are the first pair I received in the beautiful leather with a slight shine. The shoes being worn are the replacement pair which are clearly VERY reflective and shiny and a totally different finish. If the company would help me exchange these (AGAIN) I wouldn't be inclined to leave a bad review, but having so much variation in your product is pretty unacceptable and frankly so disappointing when I waited so long to receive them in the first place! Based on that I just don't think ordering from here is worth the risk, better to save your money and spend it elsewhere.
I thought I would have to break them in, but they turned out to be very comfortable! I get many compliments! They are a beautiful shoe! Very happy!!

I have been wearing my shoes non stop and have already recommended them to so many people 😇 They are super good quality and so comfy plus come with a pair of Tabi socks which I highly appreciated. I encountered some issues regarding the right size which was quickly solved by the team, thank you so so so much, I really love the shoes 🩷
i loved my tabis, they are soft, i did message them about the sizing and they corrected it before they sent it! I loved the service too!
