Are We Dropshipping?

Absolutely not!!! At WoodchuckSato, we pride ourselves on being the complete opposite of a dropshipping operation. And we hate it! We are the maker, so we know that our products only offer to ourselves our brand! I checked other dropshipping store selling tabis, their selling price is not as our cost (this shocked me). And I don't know how is it possible?! Our commitment is to authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship, not quick profits or mass-manufactured goods.

Our company is based in Singapore after relocating from the UK due to high costs and VAT. We maintain a warehouse in China/Hong Kong to offer reasonable shipping rates and inclusive tax benefits for our customers. This allows us to provide free shipping without compromising the integrity of our products. Every pair of shoes we offer is handcrafted in our own studio, adhering to our strict quality standards.

There have been misconceptions that our products are similar to those found on platforms like AliExpress. Let us be clear: any resemblance is superficial at best. Our designs, materials, and photographs are exclusive to WoodchuckSato. Our studio produces shoes solely for our brand, and we have no affiliations with AliExpress. If some choose to believe otherwise, they are welcome to search elsewhere; however, they won’t find our unique products there. 

Our shoes are crafted from 100% genuine leather. We committed to using the finest materials, not synthetics, which means we can’t cater to vegan customers with these products. We use a hybrid outsole with a rubber layer to enhance durability and wearability, moving away from full-leather soles for improved functionality.

Unlike dropshipping, we focus on longevity and customer satisfaction. We don’t seek "fast-money" or high volume as our production is not high because we are purely handmade; instead, we strive for the best quality and service. Your experience and feedback drive us to continuously improve. We have tried to expand production and hope to deliver to customers as quickly as possible after they place an order, but it is still limited due to financial issues. 😭
