love, love, LOVE my flats. I accidentally ordered them a size too big but their customer service reps helped fix this right away! They made the process really smooth and the best part was their communication! I’m so happy with the experience and the product! The shoes are super comfy and get so many compliments. I’m already eyeing my next pair!
This is my second purchase. My first purchase were the Tabi boots. This time I bought the Tabi flats. I would recommend measuring your foot and sizing down if you are between sizes or reach out to customer service for advice.

I accidentally bought a size too small of the black tabi heels, so I reached out to the WoodChuckSato staff. Mia was so helpful and kind! She helped me find my correct size and they fit well and are very comfortable to wear to coffee shops and other cute places. These shoes really elevate a fit!
