Great Buy

Well made shoe, soft leather. I used their sizing chart to get the correct size, it’s true to the chart. I ordered the boots due to these being so good.

The shoe itself looks great! My only issue is rubber sole was not finished correctly. When I walk the shoe suctions to solid surfaces causing me to pull the shoe from the ground with extra force to pick up the shoe, which causes a little discomfort and I find myself tripping up on my shoe at times. And issues like this can happen, but when I messaged customer service, they informed me I can sandpaper it down or take it to a shoe repair. One would hope after they spent $180 on a pair of mules and not have to take the same pair of shoes to a shoe repair. I wish there was a better solution, I tried sand papering the sole but it’s not helping.

The shoe suctions as I walk. I was instucted that this is common with rubber soles and that I should get sandpaper and sand the shoes myself at home. I just feel like if I pay $180 for a pair of flats, it should come without me having to augment them to my liking.

I had to wait a while because I ordered during their holiday, but it was so worth the wait! They are amazing, so beautiful and so comfortable and their customer service 10/10 I had a question and they responded promptly. Looking forward to my 2nd pair soon! Thank you
