I was in between sizes and ordered a 39 (my actual shoe size) which turned out to be too big for my feet. Luckily I paid for the return & exchange service (would definitely recommend) and was able to send the shoes back and receive my size 38 shoes which fit perfectly! I was very happy with the customer service as my e-mails were replied to quickly and in a very nice manner. :) Thank you again, Mia and the rest of the team.
I LOVE THESE HOOFS! The quality is really good, the leather is soft, and the shoes are so comfy! I love the way they look. They quicky became my go-to shoes for conferences and everyday walks. I will def buy some more styles in teh future!

Honestly, these shoes are something else. I walked all day right after I got them, so first wear - hours of walking - no blisters, no discomfort, and they have a heel! They are so soft, so well-suited to my foot. Make sure to get the right size! I am normally EUR 40, but these I needed in 42. The quality, the looks, the price... Margiela may cease to exist for me.
I hesitated for a long time before ordering, mostly because I wasn’t sure about the sizing. I usually wear EU size 39/40, and ended up going for a 40, after reading some reviews, which I’m glad I did. I have wider feet, and a 39 would definitely have been too tight.
Shipping to the Netherlands took about two weeks, totally worth the wait.
I honestly didn’t expect them to be this comfortable, I can wear them all day without any pain!
And the free socks included were such a nice surprise. Very happy with the shoes 🥹
