In terms of sizing, I am between 23.5cm and 24cm length and 9.5cm width, and my EU size is 37.
37 was the size customer service advised I get as well and I am happy I did, because they fit like a glove. ♥️
Deliver to the UK was surprisingly fast. The shoes were not in stock so they had to made them for me. I placed the order Sunday 28 June and I received the shoes Monday 13 July.

My third pair from Sato and every pair is comfortable from day 1. The ballet flats run a size smaller than the Mary Jane or brogue. The ballet flats are butter soft leather, cushioned insole and no-slip outer sole. I’m sure I’ll be getting a fourth pair soon. Oh, and customer service is excellent - thank you Mia!
