love love love my loafer! I reached out to ask about a custom color way and i just received the shoe in the mail and i absolutely love it!!! the packaging was great, loved the free pair of socks :), the shoe is also very comfortable.

I had contacted customer service to request to send me the shoes by a specific date before an event to which I wanted to wear them. Customer service was very quick and super kind to reply and they managed to send me the shoes earlier than expected. The quality of the shoes is EXCELLENT. You can see that they are handmade from every little detail. Very comfortable to wear. Socks were included! I was very happy with this too. I loved them. I believe that due to the excellent quality of the material, these shoes will last very long. So the price is totally worth it!!! Thank you very much for this experience. I love them! i still have not received the shoes. after they didn’t arrive on time for my birthday when i got back in town they weren’t delivered. i reached out via email to get help still not response
