    I have been eyeing WoodchuckSato’s webpage for such a long time and the reason I haven’t ordered earlier was only because I couldn’t decide which beautiful pair to choose from all the variations they have to offer. I finally went with the classic flat ballerina style and I have to say you guys deserve all the praise!
    The shoe is absolutely beautifully crafted, the leather is soft and nicely shaped, the seams are tidy and the sole is perfect for durability. I love that the leather is featured both insole and outsole and the cute branding inside is just adorable.
    I also have to say that not only the craftsmanship alone was great but also the customer service. I ordered these shoes on April 24th with fast delivery option and they arrived already on May 5th. I even received an email to confirm my details and your team was so kind to adjust my sizing even after the purchase. I only received kind responses and a lot of willingness to help me out.
    You can really tell there is a lot of attention to detail at WoodchuckSato in the whole customer journey and that you guys really value your customers, I love that. ❤️
